Our 50+ French course in Nice

We are talking about a true cultural and linguistic stay, specially designed for active, curious, and discerning adults — in short, for those who do not identify with programs aimed at students or juniors.

A program designed for you

Club 50+ means 2 full weeks, with 15 lessons per week (11h15), from Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 12:00 pm (break from 10:45 to 11:00). Groups are intentionally small — 6 to 8 participants, 10 maximum — in order to encourage interaction and conviviality.

From level A2 upwards, you work on grammar, vocabulary, phonetics and real-life communication, with a communicative and action-oriented approach inspired by the CEFR.

The lessons are dynamic, based on authentic documents (press, video, audio) and always linked to the cultural activities in the afternoon.

You learn in the morning… and put it into practice in the afternoon. Nothing could be more effective.

Afternoons that make all the difference

What makes this program unique are the 6 cultural afternoons, 2 evening events, 1 Saturday excursion and a farewell lunch.

Imagine: a visit of Nice’s Old Town, discovering a museum such as the Musée Marc Chagall, an excursion to Antibes and the Musée Picasso, tasting regional specialties, an introduction to pétanque… Not to mention a day in Monaco including a visit to the famous Musée Océanographique de Monaco, or a getaway to Cannes and the Lérins Islands.

Travel is by bus or train, accompanied by a teacher or activity leader.

The pace is adapted, walking tours are short, with a coffee break. Everything is designed to combine pleasure, comfort and discovery.

Alpha.b also offers an accommodation service: host family, 2- or 4-star residence, or hotel, all located less than one kilometer from the school.

The price is €1250 for 2 weeks, including lessons and the activity program.
